All our products are automatically priced in Euro, using the currency converter; Prices include vat @ 23% where applicable.
Cost Of Carriage Republic of Ireland:- All orders over €100.00 or over (net invoice value) are consigned and carriage paid. On orders less than €100.00 the charge will be €8.00 per parcel or actual cost if greater. Northern Ireland:- All orders of €100.00 or over (net invoice value) are consigned and carriage paid. On orders less than €100.00 the charge will be €8.00 per parcel or actual cost if greater.
International Delivery- Orders for delivery outside Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, are subject to an additional delivery charge, based on destination.
Products weighing as Heavy Items throughout the website are subject to an additional Heavy Item surcharge.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by MasterCard, Visa, Delta Laser or Switch. Standard service however is 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed by six working days.
Most orders are despatched in 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery . You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location.
Please note parcels that are returned to Via Equine where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier’s depot within seven days, will be subject to a courier s charge.
PROMOTIONS
During Flash/Bank Holiday sales, any items that are already On Sale, special offer or in clearance may be excluded.
PAYMENT
Payment will be taken when the order is completed online through a secure server by credit or debit card .Payment can also be made by cheque or postal order. For your own security, we ask all customers not to email their credit details as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise. For any payments made by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
