He is the embodiment of the Irish Sport Horse with his Sire being the well respected Carrick Diamond Lad and his Dam by no other than Cruising . Ed stands about 16.2 at the minute with the body to match the height and a temperament that is second to none for a 3 year old horse .
Chestnut and flashy with a lovely loose jump that boasts carefulness and fabulous technique giving a glimpse of his potential in his future career . His full brother ” Carrick Kilderrys Diamond” is successful at 1m40 and has jumped in the Premier Series in Ireland to which the tracks stand at an impressive 1m50. His other Full brother ” Kilderrys Cruise Boy “is showing the same potential Having jumped to 1m30 as quite a young horse .
His Dam jumped herself with the Irish Army until being retired to stud due to injury .
It is hoped that Ed will follow these lines whether with Via Equine or under the guidance of another rider combination but his potential so far has him ear marked to be a very nice athletic , Irish horse for the future .
